The Women’s Fund of Western Massachusetts is offering a new event in their Amplify! series that focuses on creating an effective succession plan during leadership transitions. The life cycle of a nonprofit organization is dependent on a multitude of factors in these shifting times. Well-executed transitions can result in healthier and stronger organizations. Workshop participants will hear from local nonprofit leaders Tanisha Arena, Rima Dael, and Sarah Tanner who will offer insights on how to use this time to positively invest in the sustainability of your nonprofit.
