Jennifer is the founder and principal of JL-S Consulting, a social justice consulting firm dedicated to partnering with leaders and organizations to advance their mission while embedding equity in their organizational cultures, policies, and practices.

She previously served as the President and CEO of Washington Area Women’s Foundation, a community supported foundation dedicated to investing in women and girls of color in the Washington DC region, where she spent 13 years. During her time as President & CEO, she led an organizational shift to center women and girls of color and embed racial equity in their organizational practices.
