Theresa E Gonzales is the CEO and Producer of podcast Latinas From The Block To The Board Room and small business consulting firm Latinasb2b.marketing. She has over 18 years of technology experience by working for companies such as Facebook, Google, Oracle, and Dell and leveraging her Silcon Valley knowledge for marginalized communities and business owners. The podcast is focused towards a social justice lens for all women of color, but mostly to bring in the voices of Latinas who are creating their own leadership roles, new businesses, and technology or non-profit organizations that seek digital, health, and pay equity for our communities. She has also been on the Board of Girls Inc. and The Calculus Roundtable in the Bay Area of California.
