Currently, she leads Slalom’s Nonprofit strategy across North America—a role Amy built from the ground up—enabling organizations to innovate, scale, and achieve equity-driven outcomes. Her passion lies in dismantling systemic barriers and fostering collaborative, community-centered solutions that empower marginalized communities.

At Slalom, Amy spearheaded the first global Nonprofit Center of Excellence, resulting in a 40% year-over-year growth in nonprofit engagement and measurable improvements for mission-driven organizations. Whether facilitating leadership development, managing multimillion-dollar initiatives, or guiding organizational transformation, she thrives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and equity.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Amy serves as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of San Francisco, equipping future leaders with tools to thrive in social enterprise and consulting.
