Kinisha Holland joined the Women’s Funding Network in January 2022. Kinisha supports WFN’s leadership team in daily operational tasks, process improvement and overall efficiency, and functions as a liaison to the Board of Directors.

Formerly, Kinisha was in the corporate retail industry where she worked in sourcing and production at local Columbus retailers. After several years in the fashion industry, Kinisha worked at the intersection of healthcare and philanthropy at OhioHealth Foundation, creating and implementing better processes, policies, and procedures for the Foundation’s Operations team.

Kinisha is Black and Korean-American, born at Wright Patterson Airforce Base but raised in Columbus, Ohio. She is a lifelong Buckeye, where she attended The Ohio State University and graduated with a B.A. in Journalism.
