Kinisha Holland joined the Women’s Funding Network in January 2022. Kinisha supports WFN’s leadership team in daily operational tasks, process improvement, and overall efficiency.

Formerly, Kinisha was in the corporate retail industry where she worked in sourcing and production at local Columbus retailers. After several years in the fashion industry, Kinisha worked at the intersection of healthcare and philanthropy at OhioHealth Foundation, creating and implementing better processes, policies, and procedures for the Foundation’s Operations team.
