Parker Foster

Researcher, Feminist Philanthropy

Parker E. Foster joined the Women’s Funding Network in 2025. Previously, she worked at the NYU Metropolitan Center for Research on Equity and the Transformation of Schools as a Research Associate. While in that role for over six years, Parker conducted mixed methods research on various topics related to educational equity, community partnerships, and youth participatory research.

Originally from Atlanta, Parker has a B.A. from Howard University and an M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is currently a Doctoral student at Georgia State University studying the impact of race and gender on the educational experiences of Black girls.
